Team Filipinas in FIFA Women's World Cup 2023

18 Days Budget Solo Backpacking in Winter New Zealand Jul. 15 to Aug. 03, 2023

It was last year 2022 during my Southern Caribbean Cruise when my attention was grabbed by FIFA Men's World Cup, how does it feel to watch in world stage stadium cheering out for my homeland. Here it goes for FIFA Women's World Cup 2023, just months after, a dream come true. I brought my huge national flag to provide strong moral support. Beyond greatness, Laban Filipinas !!!

Philippines 1st appearance in FIFA World Cup. "Lupang Hinirang" debut in FIFA World Cup 2023

Winter New Zealand Day 10 (Wellington): Noypi vs Kiwi July 25, 2023 Tue. Team Filipinas will now face the host country. New Zealand suffered the heartbreak of becoming the first Women's World Cup host to be eliminated at the group stage, and it's all because of a single goal from the Philippines.

1st Goal. 1st Victory. Defeated the Host Country. Beyond Greatness.

Congratulations! AFF 2022 Women's Champion Philippines (PWFT Filipinas)

ASEAN Football Federation Championship in Manila Philippines, July 17, 2022 Sunday

The ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) is an organisation within the Asian Football Confederation. It consists of the federations of Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Philippine Womens National Football Team (PWFT) Filipinas (formerly Malditas) surprised Thailand on 3-0 score in Rizal Memorial Football Stadium in Manila, Philippines last 17-July-2022 Sunday. This is PWFT Filipinas first finals appearance and first Championship trophy, and their 2nd trophy following the 1st Bronze in 2020 SEA Games since 1985. PWFT Filipinas is already qualified for the FIFA 2023 Womens Cup together with other Asian neighbors China, South Korea, Japan and Vietnam. History has completely been rewritten! Our first trip to the AFC Women's Asian Cup semifinals, but more importantly... OUR FIRST TRIP TO THE 2023 𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗔 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗖𝗨𝗣!!!

I watched also the IND (1) vs PHI (4) and VIE (0) vs PHI (4) where Vietnam is the defending champion last 2019 and SEA Games Gold Medalist. Vietnam was 4th placer after Myanmar took the 3rd place.

Champions: PHILIPPINES        Runner-up: THAILAND    3rd placer: MYANMAR

Congratulations! AFF 2022 Champion PWFT Filipinas

Azkals vs Azraq 2012 on 1-2 Score Friendly Match

football game rematch of Team Philippines and Kuwait
october 16, 2012 tuesday

This is my first time to watch live football game, first time also to witness the action of our beloved Philippine National football team, the Philippine Azkals.

Took bus #21 coming from Farwaniya, arrived over an hour earlier than schedule in Kuwait Sports Club Stadium in Kaifan (infront of Kuwait News Agency and Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Ticket bought for 3 KD allocated beside the VIP section.

FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association) is the governing body of football worldwide. As of October 2012, Kuwait's global rank is 112nd while Philippines is at 147th (tied with Kazakhstan), the highest rank achieved since the Philippine team is established. In Asian rank, Philippines is at 20th spot while 3rd in South East Asia. Philippines average position from FIFA World Ranking creation is 173rd.

Gyeongbokgung, also known as Gyeongbok Palace, is a royal palace located in northern Seoul, South Korea. First constructed in 1394 and reconstructed in 1867, it was the main and largest palace of the Five Grand Palaces built by the Joseon Dynasty. The name of the palace, Gyeongbokgung, translates in English as "Palace of Shining Happiness."

Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is also commonly referred to as the “Northern Palace” because it is the furthest north when compared to the neighboring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeongheegung (Western Palace). Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful and remains the grandest of all five palaces.
